- Reason for Opening: Growth of community outpatient practice
- Board Requirements: BC/BE in Family Medicine
- DEA & Certifications: Active DEA, BLS required
- Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days
- Base Salary: $275K Annually
- Incentive Bonus Structure: $50K Sign-on bonus; RVU - $41.75 Threshold at 500 a month.
- Relocation Assistance: $25K (Submitted after relocation)
- CME Allowance: $6000 for 5 days
