Drafter

Adelphi is seeking a Drafter to provide services at a facility in Long Beach, California. The ideal candidate will assist the Architect in creating detailed drawings and documentation for campus buildings and utilities. The role involves using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to update and maintain accurate drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Drafting
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial drafting.
• 3 years experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Preferred certifications in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of AutoCAD and Revit drawings for campus facilities.
• Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes and new construction.
• Maintain accurate records of project plans and drawings.
• Work with Interior Design and Engineering teams to ensure project accuracy.
