Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Warehouse clerk in Oceanside, Ca. This warehouse position is a temp to hire opportunity with a growing company!
Warehouse clerk positions require candidates to manage inventory flow, from receiving and storing goods to pick and pack, and shipping customer orders, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment and ensuring accurate stock records using warehouse equipment and systems. Responsibilities for Warehouse clerk include but are not limited to:
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and packaging supplies
· Accurately enter deliveries into inventory systems and maintain real-time stock levels
· Organize materials in designated storage locations (dry, refrigerated, and frozen)
· Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
· Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas across all warehouse locations
· Ensure proper rotation of inventory (FIFO) and adherence to food safety standards
· Optimize layout and storage systems to improve accessibility and workflow
· Pick, stage, and prepare bulk frozen orders for shipment
· Build and consolidate pallets for efficient freight movement
· Create and apply shipping labels and documentation
· Coordinate shipments between main facility and offsite frozen storage
· Ensure all outbound orders meet quality and accuracy standards
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Warehouse clerk position:
· 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience (food production a plus)
· Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
· Experience working in refrigerated and/or frozen environments preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
· Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, shipping platforms)
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between sites required)

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
