Responsibilities for a Purchasing & Materials Assistant include but are not limited to:
Perform material handling and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments
Maintain electronic and paper filing of purchase orders (POs)
Provide reception support and assist with front‑office operations
Support buyers with supplier setup processing and product returns
Candidates for Purchasing & Materials Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Prior experience in purchasing, materials, receiving, or administrative support preferred
Basic computer skills with the ability to manage electronic and paper files
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and maintain reliable attendance

Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
