- Shift Options: Alternating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM), providing flexibility and work-life balance
- Overtime: Available and encouraged—earn extra income!
- Location: Jeffersonville, OH
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various production equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing processes
- Transport, load, and manage materials across different departments, from Materials Management to Module Manufacturing
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and ensuring efficient production workflows
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience
- Basic technical and mechanical skills; troubleshooting skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Physical ability to stand for long shifts, walk within the warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Punctuality and flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed
