- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent)
- 10 years of related engineering and supplier quality experience
- Deep knowledge of Quality systems & methodologies (APQP/AS9145, PFMEA, DMAIC, Six Sigma/Lean)
- Experience auditing to AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, or Mil-Stds; familiarity with AS9102 FAIs
- Pluses: ASQ certifications (CQE/CQA), FAA Repair Station knowledge, and SAP experience
