Maintenance Supervisor
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge and experience building effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day plant maintenance activities with a strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, and production performance.
- Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Drive improvements in OEE, equipment uptime, repair time, and right-first-time performance.
- Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditure needs, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
- Coordinate outside contractors and critical equipment repairs.
- Ensure maintenance work meets company, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support new equipment installations, equipment fine-tuning, and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, HSE, Logistics, and other plant teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–9 years of experience maintaining complex production equipment.
- Previous maintenance leadership/management experience.
- Technical training or certification in multiple areas such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Safety-focused, collaborative leadership style.
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
