We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic use of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role will partner closely with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality, improve data integrity, and support key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HRIS operations, system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all HR systems
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
- Lead HRIS projects, including new module implementations and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and enhance user experience
- Train end users and serve as primary point of contact for system support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred but not required
- 5 years of HRIS administration experience (Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
