Duration: Long Term
- Proven experience leading large-scale data center migrations or consolidations
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure:
- Racks, power, cooling, cabling
- Networks, firewalls, storage arrays, clusters
- Virtualization (VMware / ESXi)
- Ability to perform deep technical analysis:
- Log analysis, system inspection, dependency mapping
- Root cause identification and remediation planning
- Experience with CMDB/DCIM platforms (ServiceNow, Nautobot, etc.)
- Strong understanding of:
- Redundancy models, failure domains, and high-availability systems
- Tier III data center environments
- Ability to design strategy,
