Pay Rate: $18.50 - $21 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receiving/Inventory Clerk (Temporary) to support our operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and tracking incoming materials, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with inventory reconciliation under supervision. The Receiving/Inventory Clerk plays an important role in ensuring a consistent and reliable inventory flow that supports production and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will follow established inventory procedures and safety protocols, assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Transfer materials from inventory to consumption
• Organize inventory supplies & corresponding entries into ERP system
• Monitor inventory supplies
• Create, display, and maintain proper inventory signage as needed in inventory areas
• Maintain/print all inventory sheets and forms
• Maintain stock rotation (FIFO) and ensure disposing of any outdated or expired stock
• Build kits and create WO’s
• Other assigned tasks as requested by leads, supervisors, and members of management
• Assist other inventory team members in completion of inventory tasks and duties.
• Reconciling discrepancies under supervision
• Able to complete Jira/Project tasks assigned to them and identifies continuous improvement opportunities.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic inventory control.
• Proficient with all relevant systems (MRP/ERP systems)
• Detail oriented
• Introduction of incoming inspection techniques
• Thinks analytically to solve problems
• Computer skills
• Basic Excel skills
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds (including 25 pounds overhead), stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
