Job Summary
Inventory Clerk helps manage material activities in ADDIUM's ERP system and maintain levels to meet distribution/production demands. This position requires frequent motion between sitting and standing including work in both an office and a manufacturing environment.
- Perform receiving and inventory duties to meet and support production and material supply strategies throughout the organization.
- Transact movements of material in the ERP system to maintain accurate and precise inventory levels
- Perform cycle counting tasks to support inventory accuracy goals
- Provide material support to functional areas within the headquarter.
- Communicate material concerns with respect to inventory level, quality, and rate of usage
- Interact with production personnel to understand material requirements, concerns, and/or issues
- Inventory accuracy counts at 98%
- No line down or lost shipments due to material management issues
- Keep inventory levels low with 4.5 turns per year
- Transactional accuracy of 98% or greater
- Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent math skills & computer skills
- High attention to details
- Demonstrate organization skills & excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- 1 years of relevant inventory/receiving and warehouse experience
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks or similar equipment.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license.
