What are the responsibilities and job description for the Additive Manufacturing Lab Technician (Intern → Junior Level) position at Additive Plus?
Additive Plus is looking for a Lab Technician to join our Gardena facility and become part of a real industrial additive manufacturing environment. This role is designed for candidates who want to enter the industry through hands-on work with production equipment rather than theory alone.
This is an entry-level position with high responsibility and strong educational value.
Responsibilities
- Launching and performing basic setup of industrial 3D printers
- (metal, ceramics, polymers, polyamide, plastics)
- Preparing print jobs and supporting production workflows
- Removing printed parts and performing primary post-processing
- Assisting with quality control procedures
- Maintaining accuracy, order, and discipline in the lab
- Participating in real client projects with engineering and R&D teams
Who We Are Looking For
- Students, recent graduates, or junior-level engineers
- Strong interest in manufacturing, materials, and industrial technologies
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with a careful, disciplined work style
- Hands-on mindset and readiness to take responsibility
- Prior 3D printing experience is a plus — training is provided
What You Will Gain
