About Us
We operate a growing skincare production studio and need a reliable, experienced technician to maintain, repair, and optimize our skincare manufacturing equipment.
Role Overview
You will handle day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for mixers, homogenizers, filling machines, sealers, pumps, and small conveyors.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace belts, seals, motors, pumps, fittings, and worn components
- Calibrate and fine-tune equipment for consistent output
- Keep maintenance logs and uphold a clean, safe workspace
- Source parts and proactively suggest improvements to equipment performance
Required Skills
- Proven experience with industrial or cosmetic manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Solid electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with filling and packaging machinery
- Hands-on knowledge of electromechanical systems or basic PLC controls
- Ability to fabricate, modify, or adjust small parts when needed
- Ability to work independently and solve issues quickly
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety driven
- 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience (cosmetics, personal care, food, or pharma industries preferred)
- MUST HAVE Proficient in operating and maintaining machines such as Resina, Kalish, Simplex, Norden, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable reading schematics and using power and hand tools
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-driven
