Job Title: People Analyst
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Reviews and analyzes people related information and data from multiple sources, including HRIS (Workday), performance management systems, employee surveys, market surveys, and other sources.
- Prepare monthly reports related to staffing, retention, and performance.
- Support analytics platform of Visier, ensure dashboards are accurate and up to date
- Execute routine data validation and reconciliation across Workday and downstream systems; document and correct data issues with guidance from business partners and operational team.
- Provide data support for standard people processes, including annual performance reviews, promotions, DE&I, and compensation.
- Prepare and support regulatory reporting such as EEO, UK Gender gap in partnership with Analytics and Comp team.
- Assist with annual market compensation activities: gather and prepare gather and prepare job data, participate in job data, participate in job-matching and survey submissions, and reconcile results.
- Execute routine data validation and reconciliation across Workday and downstream systems; document and correct data issues with guidance from business partners and operational team.
- Prepare slides and summary materials for HR and business stakeholders; support presentation of findings with clear visualizations.
- Help build and run scheduled data loads and simple ETL tasks; follow documented processes for secure handling of HR data.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and perform basic analyses (cohort counts, trend comparisons, pivot analysis).
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data governance best practices for sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with team assisting as needed across People initiatives (i.e. assisting with People survey, preparing training material, compiling compensation histories, RFP support)
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize and analyse large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results. Good attention to detail.
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR analytics, people analytics, compensation support, or HRIS reporting
- Hands-on advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, lookup functions, conditional formulas)
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, Visier or other HRIS reporting tools.
- Basic competency in a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is able to build and update dashboards and visuals.
- Proficiency across the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Utilize AI tools to enhance people data analysis and reporting, and proactively build AI capabilities
- Proven discretion working with confidential employee information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with advanced analytics or Data Visualization tools a plus: SQL, VBA, Python, R, MS access
