Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new client opportunities within Accounting, Finance, and HR sectors
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and organizational culture
- Negotiate terms of service and placement fees
Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (intake → sourcing → interview → offer → placement)
- Source candidates using Loxo, SeekOut, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Accounting, Finance, and HR professionals
- Conduct candidate screening and behavioral interviews
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience
CRM Management
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
- Maintain accurate records in Loxo ATS/CRM
- Track metrics including submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue
- Continuously build and refine candidate and client pipelines
Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting experience in talent management / preferred recruitment
- Proven success in cold outreach, business development and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a competitive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
