Position Summar
y:The Director of Financial Reporting will oversee all aspects of financial reporting for our publicly traded medical device company, ensuring full compliance with SEC regulations, US GAAP, and internal policies. The role will lead SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), manage treasury and cash operations, coordinate risk management activities, and drive timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes. The Director will be a key liaison with external auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholder

- ingLead preparation and filing of all external financial reports, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filin
