Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to execute our marketing efforts with a strong focus on lead generation. This is a hands-on role responsible for producing content, designing graphics, filming and editing video, managing digital campaigns, and running paid advertising.
This position is for a doer. You will be creating, launching, managing, and tracking campaigns yourself, working closely with leadership and internal teams. This role reports to the CEO and Marketing Director and is 100% in-office. Remote work is NOT available at this time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Paid Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Monitor performance, track results, and adjust campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion
- Manage ad budgets and report on campaign effectiveness
Content Creation & Design
- Design marketing graphics and visual assets for digital and print use
- Create content for the website, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Write and publish blog posts to support SEO and brand authority
Video & Social Media
- Film on-site project footage and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit short- and long-form video using CapCut or similar tools
- Manage and grow social media accounts through consistent posting and engagement
- Actively engage with influencers, industry partners, clients, and new connections across all platforms
Email & Brand Communication
- Design, write, and send email newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with design and construction teams to showcase projects
- Track engagement, leads, and campaign performance to guide improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of hands-on marketing experience (construction, real estate, architecture, or luxury brands preferred)
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software
- Experience creating and managing Google and Meta ads
- Comfortable filming content on-site
- Strong writing skills for blogs, newsletters, and digital content
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
