- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
- Active Oregon RN and APRN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience delivering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural specialties
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Insurable by an approved medical malpractice carrier in accordance with Oregon requirements
