What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Developer position at Addison Group?
Title: Marketing Web Developer
Location: Fort Worth, Tx
Assignment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-hire
Compensation: $40/hr-$50/hr
Work Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday's and Friday's Remote, Tuesday-Thursday on-site

What we will need is someone who is able to provide web development coding on the back-end of their platforms using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to update their new sites, landing pages, and automate exposure for marketing. They are looking into Splash and Blink for these tools as well. They will also need to have experience in the Adobe Creative Suite to help design web pages and new creative for their Advisor Campaigns. If they have experience working within MarComm FusionPro to code/design, that will be a huge plus. This person will also work along-side all other departments such as CX, UX, Email/SMS, Data Analytics, and SP.
Personality-wise we need someone who is able to have ideation into the future, build out a step-by-step execution plan, and then go efficiently drive those deliverables. We also need someone who can work cross-functionally with the other departments and be able to sit down to achieve Platform/Campaign goals.
