6 month Contract-to-Hire - benefits available during contract and full benefits, PTO, 401k etc upon permanent employee conversion
$30-38/hr W2 - paid weekly
Onsite M-F in Houlton, ME 8am-5pm shift
Required - Top 3:
- Customer facing – excellent soft skills
- Desktop Support skills (Microsoft/O365, PC’s, Wise Terminals, very general)
- Managing client expectations and working with vendors
Years’ Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification:
2-5 years
Duties
- Provide hands-on and remote end user support for an assigned territory via phone, email, and in person.
- Install and maintain hardware and software for desktops, laptops, servers, smartphones, printers, and conference room equipment on the network.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops, laptops, servers, smartphones, printers, and conference room equipment on the network.
Salary : $30 - $38
