Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-cycle recruiting for the company’s retail division and internship programs. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail and internship roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule candidate reviews, and facilitate selection processes.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication with HR and leadership throughout the hiring process.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a high-volume setting.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting internship programs or seasonal hiring preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Work Setting: 100% in-office, Loveland, CO
- Contract Length: Until May 31, 2026
