Job Description:
Our client is seeking a contract Sourcer to support their Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring. This role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels while partnering closely with recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and other creative sourcing methods
- Conduct initial candidate outreach via email, phone, and online recruiting tools
- Perform preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings
- Provide support with interview coordination and candidate follow-up as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition support
- Experience conducting cold outreach and candidate engagement
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience with ATS systems (UKG or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
