Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation (city, state): On-site in Kent, WACompensation: $30 - $36 / hourBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Qualifications: 5 Years of AP experienceTechnically savvy- strong Excel skills, Great Plains, Coupa, and Concur are a plus Job Description:Manage daily payment batches, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting ACH and wire transfer filesOversee and maintain the AP inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiriesServe as primary point of contact for vendor communication, addressing questions, discrepancies, and payment status requestsExecute full-cycle AP processes including invoice receipt, coding, 2- and 3-way matching, approval routing, and entry into the accounting systemProcess high volumes of invoices, primarily related to supplies and contractor servicesPartner with internal teams to allocate invoices appropriately as they arrive and ensure accurate distribution across departmentsSupport month-end close activities by managing increased invoice volume and ensuring all AP transactions are recorded accurately and on timeAssist with process improvements, documentation updates, and other AP-related tasks as neededAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
