Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000

About the Opportunity:

A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking a Recruiting Specialist / Recruiter to join its high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys high-volume recruiting, building strong candidate relationships, and making an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of hourly positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to support aggressive hiring goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly and initiative is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for high-volume hourly positions.
• Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and onboarding activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain hiring pipelines.
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Maintain recruiting data, reporting, and applicant tracking system documentation.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives.
• Assist with additional recruiting projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle or near full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees is required.
• Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcomed.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or currently in progress.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
