Key Responsibilities:
- Review and organize land documentation, including title information, ownership records, leases, and related legal documents.
- Maintain accurate land data within internal systems and databases.
- Assist with implementation and optimization of land management software.
- Support data cleanup, organization, and migration efforts.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze, track, and manage land-related information.
- Partner with land, legal, accounting, and operational teams to improve workflows.
- Assist with mapping and land record updates as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and system processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and systems.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
