The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leading complex enterprise initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced organizations. Candidates with experience supporting provider-facing workflows and platforms such as Availity are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Lead provider workflow initiatives from planning through execution
- Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and delivery plans
- Coordinate resources, capacity planning, and project demand across teams
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive project governance activities, status reporting, and escalation management
- Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational priorities
- Monitor project performance and ensure milestones are delivered on time
- Identify roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Support continuous improvement efforts across project delivery processes
- 4 years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional business and technology initiatives
- Healthcare provider operations or provider workflow experience preferred
- Availity experience strongly preferred (or similar provider-facing healthcare platforms)
- Experience with project planning, governance, budgeting, and resource management
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Experience driving project execution from initiation through delivery
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
