Job Discription:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote membership, professional development programs, events, publications, credentials, and other services. This role supports audience growth, engagement, revenue generation, and brand awareness through integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, participation, and sales.
- Create and adapt content for email, websites, social media, digital advertising, presentations, videos, and print materials.
- Manage and coordinate multi-channel marketing activities, including timelines, approvals, deliverables, testing, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign results and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support marketing efforts for conferences, educational programs, and special events, including pre-event promotion and post-event engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications.
- Contribute to marketing process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and social media marketing.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance and using data to optimize results.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and digital advertising tools preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting membership organizations, associations, professional development programs, events, or continuing education initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and audience engagement strategies.
