Compensation: $20 – $26/hour

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5 PM – Hybrid – 2 days a week in office, 3 days remote

Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator will support the import operations and supply chain team with administrative and documentation tasks related to product movement, purchasing, and reporting. This role is highly detail-oriented and best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior exposure to operations or import coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with import operations documentation and customer reporting
• Submit and manage commercial and shipping documentation
• Process invoices and ensure accuracy of supporting records
• Enter and maintain data across operational systems
• Support purchase order creation and tracking
• Partner with operations team to ensure timely and accurate administrative execution
• Assist with additional operational and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in operations, supply chain, or import/export coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume administrative work
• Experience with data entry, documentation processing, or order management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Additional Details:

• Hybrid schedule with 2 in-office days per week
• Flexible work structure (compressed or standard schedule options available)
• Summer Fridays with early office closure at 1:00 PM
• Short-term contract (approximately 1–2 months) with potential to extend
