Key Responsibilities:
- Support membership recruitment and retention activities.
- Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations in the database.
- Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in organizing and promoting membership events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of membership status and track relevant data.
- Prepare membership reports and assist with data analysis to support growth strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure membership needs are met.
- Assist in coordinating communication efforts, including newsletters and announcements.
- 3-5 years of membership experience within a nonprofit association setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; experience can compensate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AMS/CRM systems (ideally iCIMS).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
