You will be responsible for submitting claims to all insurance carriers, and posting cash payments. The role also involves following up on unpaid claims, completing month-end processes, and conducting reviews with the business office manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with UB04 forms and a stable work history in billing, preferably in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Submit claims to all insurance carriers/payers.
- Post cash for all payments received for claims.
- Follow up on claims that didn’t pay but were expected to pay.
- Complete month-end processes to ensure accurate financial records.
- Monitor age, trial, and balance for claims and follow up as needed.
- Conduct monthly reviews with managers to update on every account.
- Stability in work experience.
- Billing experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Experience with UB04 forms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using EMR for billing and clinical purposes.
- Experience with Medicaid payor and portal knowledge highly preferred.
Salary : $28 - $30
