Job Title: Junior Staff Accountant
Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $22hr-$24hr

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated recent graduate or early-career accounting professional eager to grow in a hands-on Junior Staff Accountant role. This position supports core accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, and general month-end responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong academic experience, internship exposure, or up to 1 year of accounting experience who is looking to build a foundational career in accounting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with recording and posting journal entries
• Support month-end close activities
• Prepare bank and account reconciliations
• Process invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation
• Assist with intercompany billing and daily operational accounting tasks
• Partner with the accounting team on various projects as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
• Internship experience or up to 1 year of accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel capabilities (formulas; exposure to pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a plus)
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is preferred but not required
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment
