Job Title: HRIS Administrator (Contract)
Location: Marietta, GA
Pay Rate: $28-35/hour
Employment Type: Contract, 3 months

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on Paylocity administration, leave management, benefits administration, and light payroll processing. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who can work independently and manage sensitive employee information with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain employee records within the Paylocity HRIS platform
- Manage employee leaves of absence including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, STD/LTD, and state leave programs
- Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, terminations, life events, open enrollment, and employee support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and leave-related questions
- Process light payroll updates and assist with payroll audits and reporting
- Maintain HR compliance documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes within Paylocity
- Generate HR and payroll reports as needed
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HRIS, benefits, or payroll administration experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Paylocity required
- Experience administering employee leaves including FMLA and ADA accommodations
- Knowledge of benefits administration, COBRA, and open enrollment processes
- Experience with payroll processing and payroll compliance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
