Title: Director of Human Resources
Location: Craig, CO
Pay: $130,000 - 145,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Healthcare industry experience is required
- Prior experience with UKG is required
- Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
- Proven ability to influence leadership and build strong cross-functional partnerships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive and operational leadership
- Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and performance management
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
- Drive a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on employee experience and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR best practices and employee matters
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and process improvements, including utilization of UKG
- Partner closely with leadership to support growth, change management, and organizational initiatives
