This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing specialized HR processes.Job Description:This role focuses on coordinating and improving HR programs—including immigration, mobility, and internal employee support initiatives—while ensuring compliance, smooth operations, and alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth administrative workflowApply HR guidelines consistently when assisting with employee-related mattersReview, update, and maintain accurate employee records to meet compliance requirementsOversee mobility processes related to employee relocations and internal transfersAdvise managers and staff on mobility guidelines and support related inquiriesFacilitate immigration processes, documentation, and work authorization requestsServe as the main liaison with legal partners, government entities, and third-party vendorsManage relocation packages and assist employees with any escalated concernsStay current on relevant regulations and policies impacting immigration and mobility programsQualifications:5–8 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to immigration and/or mobility programsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage both independent work and team leadershipComfortable operating in a fast-changing environment and navigating ambiguityAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organizationHigh attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to research and synthesize informationAdditional Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)Duration: Contract role running from ASAP through May 1st, 2026Fully onsitePerks:Work with a collaborative HR teamGain experience in specialized immigration and mobility programsAbility to make a direct impact on process improvements and employee experience
