Our client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compliance & Reporting Lead to support enterprise-wide HR compliance, workforce analytics, and global regulatory governance. This is a high-impact role for a technically skilled and globally minded HR professional ready to step into a leadership capacity.
Job Description:
The Compliance & Reporting Lead will play a key role within the global HR operations team, overseeing compliance processes and building scalable workforce reporting frameworks. This individual will manage audit preparation, partner across legal and finance, and drive policy standardization. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in public company HR compliance, strong system fluency, and the ability to communicate clearly with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global HR compliance programs aligned with labor laws, pay equity, and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Lead SOX-compliant documentation and audit readiness efforts in collaboration with internal teams
- Standardize HR reporting to support IPO-related disclosures (DEI, turnover, workforce composition, etc.)
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity in platforms such as Workday, SAP, and Power BI
- Drive policy governance across multiple regions, managing the full lifecycle of employment policy updates
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Audit teams to assess and mitigate compliance risks
- Present data and insights to executive stakeholders in support of strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- 7 years of HR compliance, operations, or workforce analytics experience
- Experience supporting IPO processes or working in a public company setting
- Proficiency in HRIS and reporting platforms (Workday strongly preferred, SAP, Power BI, etc.)
- Deep understanding of U.S. and global employment law frameworks
- Strong auditing, reporting, and process documentation experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Personable, clear communicator with strong presentation ability
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute); HR or compliance certifications a plus
