Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current HR policies and programs, then design and implement improvements.
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Partner with managers and executives to address workforce planning, employee relations, and performance issues.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
- Support change management initiatives to help employees adapt to new processes and systems.
- Establish accountability measures across the organization to ensure consistency in HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to building or restructuring HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
