Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Title: FP&A Manager

Location (city, state): Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $170k - $180k

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8 years progressive FP&A or finance experience
• 3 years leading teams or projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to develop financial models, forecasts, and strategic analyses

Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, setting performance goals aligned with organizational priorities
• Partner cross-functionally to solve technical, operational, and organizational challenges
• Provide strategic financial guidance to improve efficiency and performance
• Advise senior leadership on financial impacts of projects and initiatives using models and analysis
• Act as a financial subject matter expert for both short- and long-term decisions
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, allocations, and reporting systems
• Develop and maintain financial policies, training, and issue resolution
• Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for strategic insights
