Finance Manager, Strategy
Addison Group is representing a fast growing technology company, who is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager, Strategy to lead strategic initiatives and finance to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. This role is a critical partner to the executive team, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to shape the company’s direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with operating plan, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling process.
- Partner with senior leadership across Product, Treasury, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate business strategies into financial outcomes.
- Drive strategic and operational analyses including market opportunity sizing, investment prioritization, and scenario modeling.
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and trends.
- Provide executive-level reporting, board materials, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Analyze debt, financial instruments, financing, and covenants.
- Continuously refine processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic finance, M&A, transaction advisory, corporate development, or investment banking.
- 3-statement modeling experience required
- Knowledge of debt modeling a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a track record of driving process improvement and innovative problem solving.
Our client offers:
$150,000 to $170,000 base salary range dependent on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
