Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to person for office and facilities-related questions or issues
- Track and restock supplies, including office materials, kitchen/breakroom items, and PPE
- Arrange logistics for internal meetings, events, catering orders, and cleaning vendors
- Handle invoice and expense processing, ensuring proper coding and recordkeeping
- Walk the office regularly to spot maintenance or cleanliness issues before they escalate
- Help coordinate desk moves, workspace setups, and hybrid seating arrangements
- Lead onboarding walkthroughs and set up workstations for incoming employees
- Run routine safety and equipment inspections
- Manage building access protocols and keep seating/occupancy data current
- Partner with IT, HR, and Admin teams, plus outside property management contacts
- Flag opportunities to streamline facilities and office workflows
- At least 3–5 years in a corporate facilities or office coordination role, ideally within a business services setting
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, clear communicator
- Takes ownership and accountability for the workplace environment
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Concur or similar space/resource management tools a plus
- Approachable, proactive, and personable demeanor
- Self-starter who can troubleshoot independently
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Long-term project stability with room to grow
