Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you have a financial services background and a proven track record of anticipating needs and delivering results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations tailored to financial services
- Oversee expense management and reporting with accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate and coordinate with board members, senior executives, and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively handle operational tasks to ensure efficiency
- Support general executive administrative duties as required
- 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, stay steps ahead, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional demeanor and proven ability to interact with C-level executives and board members
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- Hybrid Role: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday
