The team is looking for someone who anticipates needs, stays ahead of scheduling and operational demands, and maintains structure without being asked. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident managing both executive support and office oversight with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Executive SupportManage high-volume and dynamic executive calendars.Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements.Prepare, submit, and track accurate expense reports.Assist with preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes.Maintain organized executive files, documentation, and budget-related materials.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Provide general administrative assistance to senior leadership as needed.Office ManagementOversee office supply inventory, ordering, and restocking.Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Coordinate office events, meetings, celebrations, and team gatherings.Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers.Address minor equipment or facility issues and arrange repairs.Keep shared office spaces clean, organized, and presentable.Assist with lunch orders, catering, and meeting refreshments.Qualifications:2–5 years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or administrative experience.Bachelor’s degree required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.Comfortable supporting senior leadership and interacting with internal/external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot minor issues.Additional Details:This is a full-time, onsite role supporting an engaged and collaborative leadership team.
