Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Enhancement Manager to oversee landscape enhancement operations and support client relationships. This position leads multiple crews, manages project schedules and budgets, and ensures all enhancement work meets quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels in project coordination, field supervision, and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enhancement projects from planning through completion, managing crews, materials, and schedules to ensure top-quality results.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify client needs and develop proposals for enhancement services.
- Estimate project costs, prepare bids, and assist with sales presentations for new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular property inspections and develop action plans to maintain landscape quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor irrigation systems, identify maintenance issues, and coordinate necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Oversee ordering and delivery of materials while tracking project expenses and adhering to budget guidelines.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of all equipment and enforce company safety policies.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of field employees to promote efficiency, safety, and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including job schedules, crew timesheets, and project databases.
- Assist branch leadership with enhancement sales goals and operational performance metrics.
- Associate degree in business, horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or a service-related industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of landscape enhancement operations, including irrigation, plant health, and seasonal maintenance.
- Skilled in estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and team management skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

- Hours: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
- Start Date: Within 2–3 weeks of initial interview
- Interview Process: Two-step interview (on-site meeting with branch leadership followed by virtual panel)
