This role oversees field electricians, ensures compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards, and collaborates with engineering teams to design, install, and maintain complex electrical systems supporting a 42-mile conveyor operation.
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution while driving operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution while driving operational excellence, safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of field electricians in daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering firms to design and implement new electrical equipment and systems.
- Review and update schematics, one-lines, and electrical layouts.
- Manage project budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and vendor relationships.
- Approve timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards across all operations.
- Participate in audits, training programs, and certification renewals.
- Journeyman Electrical License required (Master preferred).
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (plant or manufacturing preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience in industrial electrical settings.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
- Mechanical experience a plus.
- Salary: $120,000 – $135,000
