Position Summary
The Deposit Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all back-office deposit operational functions. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and security of all deposit-related processes. The ideal candidate brings 7 years of direct banking operations experience, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrated leadership in supporting deposit systems and operational workflows. This position plays a key role in supporting the bank’s core system replacement, digital banking, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in bank deposit operations, back-office processing, or related banking operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of deposit compliance regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, Reg D, BSA/AML requirements).
- Experience with core banking platforms (CSI, DCI, Fiserv, FFIS, Jack Henry, or similar).
- Understanding of ACH, wire processing, check processing, and account servicing workflows.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills—able to coordinate with IT, auditors, regulators, vendors, and internal teams.
