Location: Hybrid – Monday through Thursday Onsite in Montvale, NJ

Pay: $25 - $30 an hour (DOE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain accurate customer, product, and pricing information within SAP. This role is essential to supporting business operations, ensuring data consistency, and enabling teams to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain customer records, product information, and pricing data in SAP.
• Validate and verify data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new products and apply proper coding standards.
• Generate operational reports such as customer lists, dealer data, and other analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate updates on pricing, promotions, and product changes.
• Support the integrity of web-based tools, including product and customer lookup systems.
• Document standard procedures and suggest improvements to streamline data workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls for data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related functions.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
