Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound phone calls from providers and internal teams
- Provide timely support by answering questions, documenting requests, and routing issues appropriately
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems and web-based portals
- Monitor and support daily workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within established timelines
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow or process issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Review information and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
- Track, document, and follow up on open items to ensure resolution
- Communicate clearly and professionally with providers to support ongoing operations
- Handle confidential information in accordance with privacy and compliance guidelines
Experience:
- 3 years of administrative, provider support, or office-based experience, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 65 WPM or higher
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with web-based systems, phone queues, and data entry tools
