Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative/Customer Service based with experience in the real estate industry. This individual will serve as a main point of contact for investors, providing support on inquiries related to real estate portfolios, distributions, tax documents, and account access.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound investor inquiries via phone and email, with a focus on real estate-related questions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding investment distributions, tax forms, portfolio performance, and investor portal access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to portal access and navigation.
- Resend investor documentation, including account statements, confirmations, and real estate investment details.
- Accurately record all investor interactions and activity within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Accounting, Compliance, and IT—to resolve investor issues efficiently.
- Handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in onboarding new investors and updating account information related to real estate portfolios.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing the investor experience in the real estate space.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or account management experience in the real estate or investment industry
- Strong understanding of REITs and real estate investment terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- CRM experience preferred
