Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Manager Job in OKC:
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations within a high-volume shared services organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming payments including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox payments, checks, and credit card transactions
- Handle billing discrepancies
- Manage cash flow
- Aging reports
- Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger
- Month end closing duties
Qualifications of Accounts Receivable Manager Job in OKC:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
- 5 years of Accounts Receivable Supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
- Great Plains experience preferred
