This individual will work closely with the finance leadership team and must be comfortable stepping into a fast-moving environment and operating independently.ResponsibilitiesSupport revenue recognition processes and compliance with nonprofit accounting standardsAssist with financial reporting, analysis, and month-end close activitiesEnsure compliance with 2 CFR 200 and other grant-related funding requirementsCollaborate with finance leadership to maintain accurate financial recordsUtilize NetSuite or similar ERP systems to manage accounting workflowsProvide operational support throughout the coverage periodIdeal Candidate ProfileRequired:6 years of nonprofit accounting experienceStrong experience with revenue recognitionKnowledge of 2 CFR 200Experience with NetSuiteBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong communication skills and ability to hit the ground runningExperience in remote work environmentsPreferred:Master’s degreeProven track record of success in contract/consulting engagementsInterview ProcessOne virtual round (60 minutes) with finance leadershipAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
