Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account-related support
- Assist with account setup, licensing coordination, and contract administration
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
- Partner with internal teams including sales, marketing, and support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Help troubleshoot and resolve initial customer issues related to products and services
- Prepare reports and assist with tracking account activity and performance metrics
- Support outreach efforts and identify opportunities to expand customer engagement
- Conduct research for prospective client accounts and assist with onboarding activities
- Coordinate trial access requests and support account growth initiatives
- Adapt to shifting priorities and provide administrative support across multiple projects as needed
- 3 years of customer service, account management, or client support experience
- Prior experience within a nonprofit or association environment preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Quick learner with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
